(DR.) Jophia Nanker Gupar hails from Plateau State in Pankshin Local Government Area and from Abwor/Dyis Village in Lankang District. Iam the Founder and President of Pan African Young Women Development Initiative-PAYWODI, National Director of Nigerian National Youth Award, Member, Advisory Board of National Youth Council of Nigeria, Member, Business Professional Women(BPW), Member, Rotary Club of Central Business District(CBD), an Officer of UN-Habitat Youth Network Nigeria, an Alumni at the UN Headquarters Annual Youth Assembly in New York City USA, Plateau State Coordinator for the Northern Nigerian Women Initiative(NNWI), Plateau State Coordinator Women4Women/He4She Community, MATRON Girls Guide of Nigeria Plateau State Chapter, Member. Ministerial Technical Committee-Private Sector for the current Honorable Minister of Women Affairs and was recently appointed the Private Personal Assistant to the current Executive Chairman of Federal Character Commission Abuja.

I am a Motivational Speaker, an Entrepreneur, a proud member of the Sanctuary Keepers of DUNAMIS International Gospel Church Abuja, a holder of the Gold Award(GAH) received from the former President Gen. Ibrahim Babangida(RTD).
I have traveled far and wide. I love cooking, meeting people, making friends, loves traveling, loves helping the needing, like creating opportunities for others, I like reading, writing and am a disciplinarian.

I am the Senior Executive Assistant to Her Regal Majesty Amb. Dr. Olori Temitope Enitan-Ogunwusi the wife of the Ooni of Ife and also the Founder/Convener of the AFRICAN WOMEN COLLOQUIUM ON DEVELOPMENT AND AWARDS which started in 2017. The First edition was in held Abuja, Second Edition in 2019 in Abuja while the 3rd Edition was held in The Gambia while the 4th Edition was held in Cape Town, South Africa October 2022.
